Driveway & Concrete Cleaning
Commercial 3,000 PSI surface cleaner + post-treatment. Removes oil stains, rust, tire marks, and embedded grime. Optional seal.
How we approach driveway cleaning on Long Island.
Driveways are the one place we actually use pressure. A commercial 20-inch surface cleaner at 3,000 PSI scrubs concrete and paver joints clean without leaving stripes or zebra patterns. Then we spot-treat oil stains with a degreaser, rust spots with an acidic brightener, and apply a post-treatment to slow re-staining.
Pavers get a different treatment — we surface clean at lower pressure, wait 24 hours for sand to dry, then re-sand the joints with polymeric sand. Optional wet-look sealer makes pavers look brand new for 3–5 years.
Exposed aggregate is the hardest surface on LI. It's full of hiding spots for mildew and oil. We spend 2x as long on exposed aggregate and use a rotary surface cleaner with a softer flow rate.

Common questions.
Most of them, yes. Fresh oil (under 6 months) comes out 95% clean. Old oil that's soaked 2+ years into unsealed concrete we can usually lighten but not eliminate. We tell you before we start if something looks permanent.
